Common issues
I forgot my password
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" to reset it via email.
My reminder emails aren't sending
Go to Settings → Email Automation and make sure your Resend API key is entered and email automation is toggled on. Also check that your customers have email addresses saved.
I want to cancel my subscription
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Billing" to cancel through our Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
I need to import my existing customer list
Go to Customers → Import CSV. Download our template, fill it in with your customer data, and upload it. We support up to 1,000 customers per import.
The AI email button isn't working
AI email generation requires an OpenAI API key. Contact us and we can help you set this up, or check if your Pro plan includes this feature.
